TEXTAC Print Table Adhesive

A water soluable, presure sensitive adhesive, TEXTAC is intended for use in adhering textiles to pallets. Hundreds of shirts can usually be run with out re-spray! The adhesive can be sprayed with a reusable airspray, roller applicator or either an electric or air assist spray system. The adhesive can be flash cured for rapid strength development and long holding power. Heat causes adhesive to dry and toughen, not jell up and transfer to the garment.

Cleans up is easy, even though the dry film adhesive holds garments tightly in place during the screening operation, the printtable and any over spray can be cleaned up with warm water! Available in 1 gallon, 5 gallon & 52 gallon drums.

 

DC 565 Dual Cure

Premium, universal, red dual cure photoemulsion intended for all extreme textile and graphic printing applications. With medium viscosity and an extremely high 46% solids, DC 565 yields high stencil buildup with low Rz. It offers superior resolution, wide exposure latitude and outstanding performance

Available in 28 oz., 1 gallon, 5 gallon & 50 gallon drums.

 PC701 SBQ Photo Emulsion

This one-part formula does not require the addition of a sensitizer which gives you extended shelf life. This emulsion offers 52% solids which results in very high stencil build up with minimal coats, extremely fast exposures, very good resolution and mesh bridging, high durability for long print runs and balanced color for easy inspection and on press registration. Available in 28 oz., 1 gallon, 5 gallon & 50 gallon drums.

260 Degreaser / Ink Degrader / Dehazer

This is a Multi-Purpose Concentrated Citrus Gel. This product will work as a Degreaser, Ink Degrader and Dehazer. The best part is you will pay less for this 3 in 1 product than you would for just a mesh degreaser alone. Available in 32 oz. Refillable squeeze bottles, 1 gallon, 5 gallon & 55 gallon drums.

 

660 Reclaimer

This ready-to-use stencil remover quickly breaks down direct emulsion, indirect & capillary films. Safe on all mesh types and does not weaken mesh adhesives. Available in 32 oz. refillable spray bottles, 1 gallon, 5 gallon dispensing units and 55 gallon drums.
