Custom made frames in Wood, Aluminum or Retentionable
Frame design systems are available to ensure flatness and tension control.
- Wood: High quality Kiln dried wood is used in our pre-made or custom made frames.
- Aluminum: Tube size options are ¾ x ¾ , 1 x 1, 1 ½ x 1 ½ , 1 ½ x 2, 1 ½ x 3, 1 ¾ x 4. A .125 inch wall thickness ensures a solid, yet light weight long lasting frame investment. For ultra-light aluminum frames a .087 wall thickness is available.
- Draw Bar Frames: Draw Bar frames revolutionized the industry with its built-in tensioning control and accuracy. In fact, the adjustability of this frame is unmatched by any other frame system.
- Roller Chase Frames: Roller Chase frames have contributed greatly to having high tension printing accessible to graphics and textile printers. Through the years its patented features have made the Roller Chase beyond comparison.
We use only High Quality Low Elongation meshes in our process. Screens are stretched with our state of the art stretching equipment to ensure you receive a properly tensioned screen.
Press ready screens are imaged with your film positive and supplied ready to place on -press. Emulsion or capillary films are tailored for use with solvent, UV or water-based inks.
Reclaiming and Stenciling of Screens
We can wash out your existing image and put a new image in your screen ready for press in usually 24 hours.
Supply us with your camera ready art work and we will produce your film positives up to 18 x 22 using high quality Kodak film.
We are able to mix to Pantone colors in NazDar and Plast-o-meric inks here at our facility in quarts or gallon quantities.
