The Win Series
![]() |
Generally a press that is inexpensive enough for someone on a budget...doesn’t last long, doesn’t work well, and usually winds up killing a shop. We decided to end this NOW! The WinSeries is a line of presses that has too much quality, and too little price. It’s made to be purchased once, and its designed to be used for many years. They are truly wonderful pieces of work. Why are we doing this? We want you to succeed, and stay in the game long enough to buy MORE equipment from us! These presses come with Joystick Registration, and 16 x 16 shirtboards.
Joystick Registration Kits
Forget Micros...this is the way to go! Our new system is faster, easier to use, and more user friendly than anything on the market. Derived from our Win and Aero Series presses, this Kit is very easy to install. Kits come with new Reggie Castings, Joystick assemblies, and optional wide base registration gates. (these gates bolt on with the same four holes as the old gates), while extending the registration 40% closer to the screen, and widening the "grip" 40% as well!
The AeroSeries
(Cast aluminum wheel)
These are the ultimate in high quality, small format 23" screen capacity printers in todays market. The Aero Series is absolutely the best value for the price, against any competitor. Simple, very accurate, very strong, they're built to withstand obscene abuse in the shop all day. Featuring a wall-to-wall 2" solid center shaft, and monstrous low-drag bearings, the new Aero Series of printers are very easy to spin for long periods of production. These presses are actually TOOL FREE,(as opposed to one competitor who's claimed this feature for seven years, while actually requiring wrenches to adjust their screen clamps!) Most importantly to you, rather than the print heads being left "loose" to flop around from thread play, bolt clearance and screen leverage. Aero Series presses have a LOCK UP feature which locks and eliminates any movement. This is a very important difference between your long term ability to produce quality, saleable work, and a "great sales job" that won't hold register a year down the road. These presses feature our exciting new "joy stick registration" that has been yanking the drawers off our competitors old micros! This is absolutely the way to go! 16x16 shirtboards standard (These shirtboard brackets and shirtboards fit older Hopkins too)
Ultra Wide Base Extended Gates
Wider and longer IS better! My first "slider" arms had the clamp as close to the gate as possible, and the arm was held at its widest part by the gate. It was great. Then, we introduced Micro Reggie, and had to move the screen clamp 3 inches farther out from the gate. It was OK, but not perfect. So, I've created a new system, that moves the gate 40% closer to the screen, and grabs the arm 40% wider! This new system holds registration like gangbusters!
Spin and Win!
We built our presses to have the smallest rotating diameter (23” screen capacity) that the majority of shops need. We put the right bearings in the right places, so these babies are light to spin... all day long. Check it out. Spin and Win!
