All Windy City Equipment, Inc. SplashlessWashout-Reclaim Booths are designed and manufactured for use with high pressure screen cleaners.This design allows the operator to work in a cleaner and drier environment, thus improving operator safety in the reclaim area.
All models listed below include our exclusive back lighting system.This utilizes individual tube fixtures with yellow diffusers for greatly reduced eye fatigue or possible over exposure of your screens.The fixtures are covered by opaque plexiglass for even light distribution and the plexiglass is covered and sealed behind 1/4" of plate safety glass.This produces a waterproof, easy-to-clean surface that will not be damaged or discolored by chemicals, unlike booths using plexiglass alone. All booths can be built without lights at a reduced cost.

The POLYLITETM and JUMBO POLYLITETM Washout Booths are ideal for small textile, sign or graphics shops where space is at a premium and cost is a factor.These booths can be used for low pressure screen developing, high pressure reclaiming, or for solvent/ink removal. Each booth is formed of natural virgin polypropylene and hot air welded at over 325'C.This ensures proper structural integrity and a watertight seal.A screen holder and stainless steel drain are standard on both booths. Available with or without backlighting. No crating cost, some assembly required for lights and stand.

Each booth is more fully enclosed than our regular polylite and has screen supports standard and welded poly drain.Available with or without back lighting (adds IO" to overall depth with lights).
