More Drying Cabinets

The screen drying cabinets listed below are all manufactured using the same horizontal "single pass" airflow system and features listed on page 8 with our Quick DryTI series of cabinets. Each cabinet is semi-custom and made to meet the exact drying requirements and frame size of the customer. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks on average for delivery from time of ordering. For all drying cabinets, when requesting a quote, always refer to the maximum o.d. of the frame not the print area.

Table Top is a cabinet designed for small screens and where space is a premium. It can hold up to 8 frames with a maximum o.d. of up to 15"x 20"x I ". It has fixed shelves and is ideal for hat frames, ad specialties or small textiles.

CD Series is for high volume CD printers. The cabinet is designed with horizontal fixed slots that can hold one or two frames per slot depending on capacity ordered. The design is based upon an average frame size of 12-1/2" x 12-1/2" x 1/4". Capacities available CD 20, CD 40, CD 60, CD 80, CD I00, CD 120, and CD 180. Always specify exact frame size when ordering.

Super Series cabinets give you the most in size, capacity and design flexibility. This cabinet can have fully adjustable horizontal shelves or vertical slots. Side mount or top mount controls, 110V, single phase 220V or three phase power. Top, side or bottom exhaust. Ideal for high volume textile, sign or graphics shops.

Roll In Series cabinets are designed to accommodate screens held in roll in racks.* Please specify the rack size and capacity when requesting quotations. Available free standing with doors on one side only or as a pass thru with doors on both sides. Please allow 8 - 10 weeks for delivery after ordering.

All Windy City Screen Drying Cabinets are designed and built for the quick and efficient drying of coated screens. Our cabinets are "single pass" airflow cabinets. We start by bringing fresh air thru a filtered fresh air intake. The air then passes thru a separate heating chamber that is thermostatically controlled, a shut off air switch turns off the heating element automatically in case of airflow loss. The temperature of the air is adjustable and the temperature sensor is located in the screen holding area for accurate control. After the air is heated it passes one time evenly over each screen, picking up the moisture with the air movement and is then exhausted out of the cabinet. A specially designed exhaust port prevents dust from entering the cabinet. This horizontal "single pass" air system eliminates the recycling of wet warm air into or through the drying cabinet. Cabinets are available with fixed shelves when a single size frame is used or adjustable shelves when a variety of frame sizes may be used.
