A technical engineering masterpiece, the A.W.T. Super Turbo now features a dual air flow management system for full control over curing/drying conditions. For plastisols, the air-recirculating system uses directed air to distribute heat evenly throughout the drying chamber, maximizing production speeds and minimizing scorching. This system is supplemented by intake and exhaust controls that allow fine tuning of chamber conditions, and limited applications for some water-based inks and dyes. This combination makes the Super Turbo a natural match for any mid-sized automatic press., Production speeds, using plastisol inks, are up to 700-800 shirts per hour when equipped with the Turbo pre-heat option.

The infra-red curing system of the Super Turbo dryer can be used for many industrial applications where infra-red drying, skimming or curing is recommended. An optional cooling system is available for the Super Turbo dryer. Some industrial applications include, but are not limited to, printing on glass or metal substrates.

Solid state temperature settings allow precise control over infra-red heat output while easily adjustable panel height provides additional regulation of heat energy delivered to the belt. Heavy duty chamber insulation and dual wall construction improve efficiency and lowers operating costs.

For operator convenience, the control panel may be quickly mounted on either side of the dryer. Virtually maintenance free and built to last, the Super Turbo offers a unique easy-change lint filter system and tool free access to heat panels for routine cleaning.

The Super Turbo also offers an optional Cap Drying Panel with original purchase or for retro-fit.
